We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
All orders are processed and fulfilled in our nearest warehouse. Please see information on carriers, delivery times and tracking information below. These timeframes are provided as a guide and can differ due to customs issues, special events and circumstances. We recommend using the tracking information when available, to make sure your order is delivered successfully.

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Kristian Hansel store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
As a customer, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to the address stated below and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value for up to 14 days from the date you receive your item. We will also refund the full amount you paid for shipping. The funds that will be refunded for shipping costs is expected to cover the costs of returning the item to us by using either a local delivery company or a carrier. If the shipping costs exceeds what you have paid for shipping (what we have refunded to you) we will not be expected to supplement the additional fees (if there is any). The cost of shipping is stated under our ‘shipping page’).
Once we have received your item we will issue a full refund of the product that is being returned including the shipping that you paid for the item. The funds will be reversed to the method of payment you used whether it was a card payment or PayPal. For card payments please expect 3-5 working days to receive the funds in your account (this may vary depending on your bank and could take longer).
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
