We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

These timeframes are provided as a guide and can differ due to customs issues, special events and circumstances. We recommend using the tracking information when available, to make sure your order is delivered successfully.

We offer 2 different services for E.U shipping which are ‘Standard’ & ‘Tracked & Signed’

Standard – £4.50

Delivery to Europe within 3 to 5 working days

Tracked & Signed – £7.50

This is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

All Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to

– Western Europe within 2-5 working days

– Eastern Europe within 3-5 working days, and

– Worldwide within 5-10 working days.

A signature is taken on delivery for items sent using International Tracked & Signed and International Signed. However, please note, Royal Mail do not provide a copy of the signature to you as part of the service.

We offer 2 different services for countries outside the E.U which are ‘Standard’ & ‘Tracked & Signed’
